The dissemination of ERASMUS + learning: teachers take up the challenge
One of the essential tasks for participants in Erasmus + projects is to disseminate what has been learned in mobility within their institution and on the territory.
This dissemination must be congruent with the contents of the mobility and must be carefully documented.
The three teachers of the middle school Barbato, Milanesi and Viani, who took part in the Dublin course at the beginning of September, had the time to organize themselves and then planned a refresher course on ICT (information and communication technologies) APPLIED TO DIDACTICS, addressed to the teachers of the Institute. Professor Viani, furthermore, on 24 January 2019, Viani presented our project to the schools of the Montessori network: Cinisello, Arcadia, Ilaria Alpi and Massa. We have also designed and produced a poster, which testifies to the participation of the Institute in the Erasmus + project. This poster has been posted in the four plexuses of the Institute. More complex was the planning of the dissemination of mobility currently taking place this week in Barcelona and that in the Easter week in Vienna. Since the project has to be concluded in June, we could not wait for the courses to end to design this diffusion. The effort was to imagine who would be interested in what we would have learned and who, between May and June, still had the energy to come and listen to us. We therefore thought of the Cardano students, who attend the course of studies in Human Sciences and, after contacting the teacher who deals with the alternation school work, we have created a two-hour event at this complex at the end of May. The event, aimed at young people in the fourth year, includes a brief presentation of the ERASMUS + project and three workshops in which the students will be able to experiment with some of the things we have learned in the three journeys. To encourage the participation of the boys we will offer an aperitif inspired by the three cities we have visited. We have also already designed the poster with which we will invite them to the event. After this experience, which will give the students a formative credit, we will propose a similar activity, probably improved thanks to the experience made with the students, also to the teachers of our Institute on a June day.

Uno dei compiti imprescindibili per partecipanti ai progetti Erasmus+ è quello di disseminare quanto appreso nelle mobilità all’interno del proprio istituto e sul territorio.
Questa disseminazione deve essere congruente con i contenuti delle mobilità e deve essere accuratamente documentata.
Le tre insegnanti della scuola media Barbato, Milanesi e Viani, che hanno partecipato al corso di Dublino all’inizio di settembre, hanno avuto il tempo di organizzarsi e hanno quindi progettato un CORSO di aggiornamento sulle TIC (tecnologie dell’Informazione e della Comunicazione) APPLICATE ALLA DIDATTICA, rivolto ai docenti dell’Istituto. La prof. Viani inoltre il 24 gennaio 2019, ha presentato il nostro progetto alle scuole della rete Montessori: Cinisello, Arcadia, Ilaria Alpi e Massa. Abbiamo inoltre progettato e realizzato una locandina, che testimoniasse la partecipazione dell’Istituto al progetto Erasmus +. Questa locandina è stata affissa nei quattro plessi dell’Istituto. Più complessa è stata la progettazione della disseminazione della mobilità attualmente in atto in questa settimana a Barcellona e quella nella settimana di Pasqua a Vienna. Poiché il progetto si deve concludere a giugno, non potevamo aspettare che i corsi terminassero per progettare questa diffusione. Lo sforzo è stato quello di immaginare a chi potesse interessare ciò che avremmo appreso e chi, tra maggio e giugno, avesse ancora energie per venire ad ascoltarci. Abbiamo quindi pensato agli studenti del Cardano, che frequentano il corso di studi di Scienze umane e, dopo aver contattato la docente che si occupa dell’alternanza scuola lavoro, abbiamo ideato un evento di due ore presso questo plesso a fine maggio. L’evento, rivolto ai ragazzi di quarta, prevede una breve presentazione del progetto ERASMUS+ e tre laboratori in cui i ragazzi potranno sperimentare qualcuna delle cose che abbiamo appreso nelle tre mobilità. Per incoraggiare la partecipazione dei ragazzi offriremo un aperitivo ispirato alle tre città che avremo visitato. Abbiamo anche già progettato la locandina con cui li inviteremo all’evento. Fatta questa esperienza, che darà ai ragazzi un credito formativo, proporremo un’attività simile, probabilmente migliorata grazie all’esperienza fatta con gli studenti , anche ai docenti del nostro Istituto in una giornata di giugno.
